1. Vispa äggvitan med elvisp tills den är vit och fast. Rör ner lite florsocker i taget tills det blir en jämn smet. Den får inte bli för tjock.
2. Droppa i ättiksprit och pepparmintsolja. Rör om.
3. Använd en sprits och gör små plättar med kristyr. De får inte bli för tjocka då de får svårt att stelna.
4. Låt stelna i rumstemperatur.
5. Smält chokladen i ett vattenbad och lägg ut små rundlar på de stelnade kristyr rundlarna. Låt stelna.
