This game is cool and fun

I want to stop playing this game. It is not very good for me, it makes me feel bad after playing.

Playing this game made me a better person.

Not my cup of tea, though it's right up the alley of several of my friends.

When I was like 14 years old they had a deal with the newspaper where they gave you a free copy of the Spore demo with the Herald Sun. So I went to the milk bar around the corner and bought and played it. The next year my sister bought me the full game for Christmas and I absolutely loved it, even tho the loading times on our crappy 512 megabyte ram family computer were atrocious and the game would freeze at tribal stage.

Tragic, romantic, poetic... T_T

This game hurt me.

The ending sequence for this video game was like the scene in the final act of Princess Mononoke where the barren hills are slowly restored to life but stretched out across 15 minutes. Pure distilled catharsis.

The writers poured in so much love into this game. One of the marks of a classic work of art is how well it overcomes the technical limitations of its time. Final Fantasy VIII delivers a theatrical experience that few other video games can hope to aspire too. I feel blessed to have my mind furnished with the beauty of this story.
