Lone Survivor has a great atmosphere.

However, the game suffers from an unpatchable but manageable glitch that cranks up the difficulty after restarting the game, i.e. the expert glitch. The expert difficulty restricts the use of a map and removes the highlight of interactive objects.

A workaround is to remove the following file before you restart the game. For Windows users:

Unfortunately, 'The Witcher Enhanced Edition Director's Cut' did not age well, especially compared to the other titles by CD Projekt Red.

It is clearly noticable that this game came from a different era.

• The combat system is somewhat getting used to but not impossible to work with.
  
• The pool of character models for random NPCs is limited, possibly less than ten.
  
• The voice acting is nearly without emotion.

My intention was to play this game so I could export my save file to next game in the series. What made me quit was a crash of the game during an unavoidable main quest at the end of the third chapter half way during a group encounter.
