I discovered this game on Steam and played for a while before realizing I could play off-Steam in the browser. That was ... 26 days 17 hours 1 minute 18 seconds ago, and the game has been in a browser window constantly since then. I interact with it every few hours, sometimes for only minutes at a time while other times I'm actively in pursuit of a goal. The game has given me another reason to practice my Javascript skill, and the Discord is pretty busy, with active participation by the game's maintainers as well as players. Probably the best game of its kind that I have played -- if this is what you like, then you will really like it!

If you have ever wondered how hard it would be to construct the building blocks of simple computers from logic gates, this game is for you. I've worked in the industry for a few decades, and found this to be a quick fun reintroduction to some basic concepts.

This game brings a fresh perspective on learning basic electronics theory. I enjoyed the puzzles, and only have one complaint: the lack of video controls made it impossible for me to clear a level due to one of the components being off the left edge of the screen.

Fix that, add achievements, and you have a five-star game!

ETA: a level editor and Steam Workshop support would also be awesome!

This game is heavily influenced by TIS-100 and Human Resource Machine.

The player is a new hire at a company being trained to program robots. The language is similar to assembly (as in TIS-100) with the consoles reminiscent of HRM's conveyor belts.

The game itself is open source, which pleases me greatly. There are a number of minor issues, many of which are currently being addressed by the developers. I definitely got my money's worth, and I look forward to seeing how the game develops over time.

This game is a simpler version of TIS-100 but with little office workers carrying things around. It starts simple but gets more complex with time at a rate which is reasonable for non-programmers. Concepts like indirection are explained pretty well. The branching limitation makes some of my code feel contorted when I'm chasing size or speed points. The scrolling code interface is a little awkward, but it doesn't interfere with the gameplay.

I got this through the Humble Freedom Bundle, and so far it's one of my new favorite games. I would recommend buying this game if you enjoy writing software or want to learn!

This is one of the rare games I've purchased through the Humble Bundle that I would have been happy to have bought at full price. At first it feels like a child's game, but there's enough to the game for adults to enjoy. I wasn't very good at remembering all the intricate attack patterns, but that wasn't necessary for me to beat the game on the normal level. There were a few points where I had to check online to solve a couple of particularly frustrating quests (freaking sheep!) but other than that I was able to earn 25 of the 30 achievements on my first run through. I will play it again, and not just to get the remaining achievements. :-)
