Civilization 7 is a game with potential, but it’s clear that it’s still a work in progress. It’s not bad, but it definitely feels like it could use a few more months of development to really reach its full potential.

One aspect that stands out is the era jumps. While they’re a part of the game’s design, they don’t always feel rewarding. If you're ahead of the time, it’s nice for a few turns, but once you reach the next era, the rewards tend to be less impactful than what you had before. This can make progress feel less satisfying than it should.

On a positive note, the aesthetics are a highlight. The game looks good, with a clean and appealing design that makes the experience visually enjoyable.

In summary, Civilization 7 is still finding its footing. While it’s not bad, it’s not quite finished either. It shows promise, but it needs more polish before it becomes the fully realized game it has the potential to be.

First 10min in the game PC Blackscreen after changing Screen settings ingame from Windows to i dont know because PC Blackscreen. (Game is unplayeable right now, even after reinstallation)
Good thing i got the game for free.

I will try it out again after the next major update.

Best Game of the Year, only because of no DLCs and other mircotransaction ♥♥♥♥.
Its a good game with nice Voice Actor's.

I started with Luxembourg :) yeah let´s say i tried haha " I´am Luxembourgish so :) "

It´s a great game it´s not easy at the start that for sure, but it makes fun to play it´s different to what i used to play in the paradox universe! The war system is special.


*I dont know in which Universe Paradox lives but not in ours, they dont know about Luxembourgs History and with the last changes it is a Insult against all Luxembourgish People and History.
