Boring AF even for £6.99

Excellent it's so good!

At the beginning you are weak and helpless getting destroyed ( or atleast I was ) by common bandits.
The sense of progression is great as you become stronger and more skilled bit by bit.
Soon everything that once feared you will no longer.
But was it worth the cost.







Although I would love a bit of gore fighting seems a bit clean.

Easily Worth It!

Pros:

-Brilliant on Controller
-Has Wheel Support
-Great Soundtrack
-Good car selection
-Great Car customisation and tuning
-Great Car sounds
-Great Graphics ( rain looks very nice )
-Great camera options ( although an option to disable driver arms I would love <3 )
-A manga story ( Not exactly amazing but has its funny moments )
-Excellent Open World ( Great narrow streets very stereotypical Japan )
-Fun and easy drifting while rewarding

Cons:

-Limited variety for missions ( it is called drift master so makes sense I suppose )
-Performance can be a bit iffy if you try Ultra settings with All mirrors turned on ( I just left the on High with no upscaling or frame gen )

- While the wheel support is generally good I think it needs work to be perfect ( perhaps it just me but I feel like the car steers itself and acts weird sometimes mid drift )

- More challenge ( I think the scoring system needs work as its very easy to rack up points once you realise theirs no track limits etc )

Overall I think this game is easily worth the money and is a massive breath of fresh air.
It has amazing charm and soul which is missing from nearly all over racing games.

Kinda like Animal Crossing but actually a fun game.

Bought to support egosoft but I do feel like its missing a small fighter or perhaps another ship in general <3

Miles better than Ascended!

It's got alot of issues and I mean alot. However the driving is great aslong as you turn the very aggressive TC off by default.
Ultimately I believe Kunos will deliver a better version of AC1 however right now it's not worth it atm ( I would wait ) unless you want to support Kunos and are a fan of there previous games.

A really interesting take on survival games. Overall pretty good so far.

Good

A rather niche game. However if you like the sound of it's probably you're type of niche game and therefore absolute worth buying.

I do hope it continues to be updated though and more depth would be greatly appreciated.
