Game sucks lol
It's an idle game that doesn't want you to be idle and actually play for hours on end. It can be fun.

...can be, provided you actually have friends who wanna waste hours with you.
Yeeeeah this game actually just sucks. Especially when Time Clickers is right there and provides a... if I dare may say it, a better experience for a more casual idle gamer.
This game has a weird niche of aiming for those people who would spend money for a game that has them play semi-idly for hours at end without actually getting bored.

Just gonna warn, this is a walking simulator. Buyer's Discretion is Advised.
(Level of Walking: You might spend more time than you expect trying to find something, but you shouldn't go 10m without stumbling into something.)

But with that said, it is literally a potential life changer, and still somehow feels fresh despite all the age. Likely because, despite all the fourth wall breakers out there, this will still aim to go a step above that.

Gaming Advice:
Don't look at gameplay. All you need to know is the trailer and that it's a walking simulator. The less you know, the more impact this will have.
Do NOT have Wallpaper Engine active while playing. If you're playing on Linux, or are using a Steam Deck, I recommend getting the World Machine Edition instead. Linux can work... it's just uh... potentially problematic, especially if you aren't playing on English Settings.
Technically that has more content, but comes at the cost of immersion. And this is a game that heavily relies on the power of immersion to work.

Will say, at this current point, I still understand if someone wants to wait just a bit longer before committing. But I can tell, after chapter 4, no matter where the story might go, I'm down for it.
I will warn that the tone DOES shift compared to what the demo sets up, so be wary of that.
Right now, even if I'm really happy with the product, if you're doubtful about the value you'll get, I'd say wait till ch5. Something tells me Ch5 is going to be a massive turning point in both plot and content.

However, if you liked the demo, and are fine with the tone shifting on you, go ahead and get the game. These next 2 chapters are indeed a well worthwhile journey to take.

Now is the game worth 25 bucks right now? Kind of. Deltarune's pricetag is including the first 2 chapters. Which, admittedly, these 4 chapters already feel like you get those 25 bucks worth. Is ch3&4 alone worth it? Ehhh, but the pricetag was stated to NOT increase either. And with how these first 4 chapters feel in content, eventually, if you judge based on the chapters not in the demo... It's GOING to be worth it.

I stand corrected.

Seamless World really does feel like the Craftopia I was expecting in a way. Finally, I don't have to think about like how the world gens, and can actually feel comfortable exploring and using the land to expand overtime.

It's really jank, and the controls aren't that great. Plus, if you were not a fan of the combat, you still won't be a fan of the combat. But it really does feel like it lets you do whatever whenever.

Admittedly, not a big fan of the detector, still.

This game is one automateable mess. Everything is at your hands. You don't lose anything from deconstruction.

If you want to sink time into a game all about the glory of building your own factory, go ahead. But be warned: This can get time-consuming and I would NOT recommend this game for everyone. If you don't like earlygame, refund it before it's too late. Things only get more complex from there.

It's stupid. It's bad. It adds so many unnecessary things that make the game a lot less fun.

I wouldn't recommend this dlc at all.
So why a thumbs up?

...It's EXACTLY what you're paying for! And you should have read the dlc name again before deciding this was ever a good way to spend 3 bucks!

...at least those 3 bucks are well wasted.

I do recommend it.
...Only the Ultimate Edition that is.
The problem with this game is: It's PAY TO WIN. The Ultimate Collection COMBATS that with a price that kind of would piss off a veteran who bought all the dlc, if they didn't know it opens the floodgates. I recommend giving it a spend for the f2p trial, only with your fellow f2pers, so you don't get too jealous. You like it? Buy that $17 ultimate collection deal before it goes back up to around 70 dollars again. For a $20 dollar game, that was once $60 dollars.

Yeah. The original people had to pay over $150 dollars for all the dlc. Like I said, right now, you are basically getting NINTY+ PERCENT OFF WHAT WAS THE ORIGINAL PRICE FOR THE GAME AND DLC.

Seriously, now's your chance to get into the game and check it out. You like it? Pay $17 dollars to get the content people had to pay over $150 dollars in total to get.

There are ways around the paywall, by the way. You just gotta stop and think. And don't go into Overkill, never mind One Down lobbies right off the bat. Don't try to stealth right out of the gate. Get Drill Skills first (because of a broke ♥♥♥♥ piece of ♥♥♥♥ drill). And get your paydays.

If you aren't gonna get the ultimate collection on sale, I just recommend you are selective with your dlc purchases, only buying DLC that you actually want. Like, research into your guns, see if the pick is great for you. Perhaps look into a heist you saw someone play that you yourself would really like to play. Maybe even get a pack based around a character.
Two things I heavily recommend: A Skill Perk deck other than the inital four, and a good gun, whether it be for stealth or for loud. Think towards the future here.

One last thing: Overdrill is a thing that exists, look it up. Will set you up for life.

Oh, never mind, another last thing, sorry: Melee weapons are HORRIBLE. You are better off not buying that chainsaw. A money bundle would likely service you better. Wish I could say I was joking.
