Why does Steam ask your opinion and prompt you to post a review when it cannot accept your review due to the game being a "Family Share"? Sigh,

Okay, so Frog Detective is cute and very short, and involves a lot of clicking dialogue boxes (which I can do pretty fast now). Sadly I cannot review it as I did not buy it due to partaking of the Family Share option - which is mostly odd because it let me review Hatoful Boyfriend yesterday, also from the Family Share. Anyhow, the final scene was fun.
