If you want to add to friends, you can throw a request. The exception is accounts with an empty profile and a zero level, accounts with only one Dota2 or Team Fortress 2.
On your questions in the chat to the extent possible I will answer, though during the game I can not do it right away. I do not ignore anyone except 3d whores and those who start asking for something to give. I will accept the offer of exchange, if it suits me.
