Although I can't speak to the gameplay if you manage to somehow successfully register a new account, I can tell you that I had more fun filing my taxes last year than signing up for this game.

Once you get an error in registration, it is impossible to recover because all the tools available require login, but you can't login until you activate your account, which requires a registration. Oh, by the way, your email address is not locked out too, so you can't even try to register with another username.

A western-themed adventure in absurdity and disgusting spittoons. I laughed starting at character creation and continued through the first couple hours of play. Definitely a recommended purchase.
