It's a lot of things, and it's all done really well. Daniel Mullins' most polished game, it tells an unsettling story, plus some other stuff, but the main attraction is the gameplay and it's just so satisfying. Go in blind, have a great time playing some cards in a cabin in the woods, leave slightly paranoid and worried about the genius of the team. Highly recommended.

Man I love roguelikes, and this is such a pure and fantastic implementation. It invites you to break the game, or else perish, just like monster train, one of last year's favourites. Updates are great too, really impressive and exciting to see all of the new ideas come together.

Flying car soccer with giant balls.

The best physics based sports game out there. Easy to understand, very difficult to master. Goals, saves and everything in between feel immensely satisfying and earned. Learning to play the game will take a while, but there are lots of resources around, as well as in-game training packs, to help get people familiar with the basic mechanics.

Online matches can be quite toxic (like any other online competitive game), but at least most people are too lazy to type profanities and will 'What a save!' you to death, which stings but won't leave you wanting to quit the game. Whenever someone does decide to swear at you, you can report them and in my experience about 8 out of 10 players I've reported have had some action taken against them (of which you will be notified by a nice message)

On the whole, this feels like a game that will be around for a long long time, because of the timeless nature of it's conceit. Highly recommend checking it out, especially now it's free-to-play
