Not my favorite Fallout game but mods add more flair to the game. Game is very streamlined for general audience vs previous iterations.

You hit rocks at trees, stones, and people. You build, you survive, and survive. And then people call you certain words and you question why you continue to farm in this game in the hopes of being granted an AK to pew pew people. 10/10 would screw my sleeping schedule again with the right people.

Had high hopes for the game when it was announced. However, in Ubisoft tradition, they seem to disappoint me. Optimization for this game is horrible at the moment. The game's concept sounds great but feels poorly executed. Graphical optimization was an issue. I run an fairly mid-high spec computer and the optimization for graphical settings were not that great so in order for me to play the game with 60fps consistent above, I had to play on the lowest setting with everything turned down. Gameplay mechanics feel bare and tend to be like every other third person shooter. However, it didn't feel satisfying. Enemies encountered so far have been the same copy and paste "bad cartel guy with a tank top." It made the game feel poorly made. Driving mechanics were strange and car handling was terrible. The game doesn't allow you to fall off your vehicle when on a dirt bike ramming into a tree at fast speed. The game has such an large map size but almost empty life. The game's story felt hella campy and the voice acting i've heard has ranged from bad to mediocre. Ally NPC are buggy and annoying to control. The skill tree and ability system just felt pointless. Mission's were boring and had pointless buffer times of going from point A to B. I hope this trainwreck of a game is a message to Ubisoft to actually take the time and improve their games before near close to release because this game feels like an Alpha version rather than a beta right now.

TL;DR : Bad optimization, horrible controls, trash experience. Would not recommend...
