Bought this game because of not-so-bad art.
If you are a fan of hurt/comfort (aimed at male characters), you'll like it. The boys are all full freakin' problematic. There is no boy in this circle of romanceable characters that doesn't have a stick in their brain. You always have to be their psychologist, just to fix their problems. I don't wanna do that, I want real men fix MY problems! I love damsel in distress, but this game is all about bachelor in distress. Even senpais are full of problems, and not the math ones!

And the plot is really, really strange. It has ALL the possibilities to make the game dark and disturbing. Look, there's a NIGHT CLUB and SCHOOLGIRLS and SCHOOLBOYS are working there AS SERVANTS, while EVERYTHING that could happen there STAYS IN SECRET FOREVER, and the GUESTS are RANDOM WEALTHY and INFLUENTIAL people. U damn sure something disturbing should happen in this place. But it won't, 'cause this game is stuck to the rating :\

However, it wasn't boring for me. Maybe because I waited for the moment when my girl falls ill or loses consciousness or something like that. Cause I was tired of caring about all these losers. As far as I hate some types of characters, I didn't even read their routes and dropped the game forever. The true ending, as I believe, won't be worth my nerve cells.

I don't know if I should recommend this game or nah. It might suit well with teenage girls, but not for mature females such as myself that just want to feel loved by different types of men (do interpret it as you wish). But... As far as the game is called Gakuen Club with a happy boy on the icon, I guess I should be kind to this piece of... art.

At first I thought of this game as another boring otome, but I was clearly wrong.

It's the most brutal otome I've ever played. It's not DAMN brutal, but really unusual amongst other games of the same genre. Bad endings are quite cruel, I loved them. So are some male characters. Incest, drugs, prostitution, s**cide and other pretty things are common here.

MC is quite annoying though. She often says offensive things and tries to manipulate male characters. Boys are mostly cool, but there was a route I skipped completely (not fond of tsunderes). I highly recommend to complete this game according to the guide on Otome Kitten site.

I bought this game on a summer sale. Seeing how expensive it is, I would recommend to do the same. It really doesn't cost its full price. It's relatively short, sometimes boring and doesn't have brilliant high-quality art. It should cost maybe 7 $, but clearly not 38 $.

Still, I'm recommending it, 'cause I've had some fun.

Gosh, what is this? What did I just read?
The narrative is... Gross. The whole intro part was like:

"Day 1. Hello, Locke!
Day 2. Hi, Leo!
Day 3. How's it going, Christ?
....
Day 31: My father died T__T"

I don't even have words. It's not generic, it's just really, really bad.
I had no interest in anything. When the main gameplay has been unlocked, I understood that I don't wanna waste my time on this. Well, I did buy this game to waste my time, but this is probably the worst otome game I've played so far.

Although it's cheap, I wouldn't recommend to buy this game. I'm shocked to see its high ratings. If you're searching for a decent otome, play something else.

Why yeah, thumbs up.
The main story isn't boring, I wouldn't ask more than that. It's interesting. Character stories are somewhat meh, and because of that I mostly skipped them. Even Shu's story appeared to be boring to me, although I loved him.

The main heroine is not stupid. This is something new. However, I thought hard about giving her the Worst Otome C**kblocker Award, but it was already given to Cyrus from Steam Prison. She is soooo much annoying in any of the romance scenes. When you read them, she struggles so hard that you start feeling like she's being sexually harassed.

Drawing is cool compared to the most otome games. Sprites, CGs, backgrounds look great. And the short videos make you feel like you're watching anime. A fresh decision.

This game has one big problem: CONTROLS. I had to google up how to go to menu. I saw some comment saying something like "Seems like the developers never played any game on PC". I 100% agree. Man, nobody use HOME and END buttons. Some laptops need Fn to activate them. I know developers will never read my review, but I'll say this thing: any visual novel should need a single mouse to play them. NO KEYBOARDS. No numpad, no F-keys, no number keys, no Ctrl&Alt&Shift&anything else. Space, Enter, Esc, arrow keys, but no HOME or END. And daaaamn, this scroll bar is insane.

The strange thing is that I didn't see any warnings or age ratings anywhere. I'm an old hag compared to the most otome players, but here's my personal warning: if you don't want to read/see VIOLENCE, S**CIDE, MURDER and BLOOD, and just wanna play some generic peaceful childish otome, do not buy this game. I enjoyed it a lot, really noirish. But children, stand back!

I'm gonna buy the upcoming sequel. As long as this game isn't boring, I love it, and have some trust in developers. But please, onegai, do better controls next time.

10/10. The best otome(?) I've ever played.

Tired of those vanilla-sweet girly games? Wanna something more mature and fun? Then this game is right up your alley.

Good humour, modern slang in a not-so-ingenious-but-still-nice isekai lore. Interesting features such as town exploration, quests, crafting, buying, dating and fishing mini-games are so cool for a game made with RenPy engine. Music is great and perfectly matching the game's atmosphere.

Oh, and I'm totally in love with those four dumbasses. Gonna miss them a lot. It was pretty heart-breaking to push three of them away in order to complete a single one's route. Other characters are good too.

Also, it was pretty pleasantly shocking that quests that you complete to get some cash will have an impact on the story (I'm so sorry, Poppy...)! I laughed a lot, understanding that whatever quest you complete, the destiny of one bad person is always decided as a consequence.

What disappointed me a little is fully-open gallery. I would play days to get all CGs, but since they're all here, it's not quite interesting.

Some CGs lack quality, but it's no big deal. I was angry at some otome for the same issue, but I won't blame Bewitching Sinners, 'cause the amount of pictures is great.

I spent a great time playing this game. It was fun, pleasurable and interesting. I'll definitely replay it as soon as I forget at least part of it. I thank creators of BS for this fresh experience.

I seriously thought about whether I should recommend this game or not. However, you can see what I chose.

1. The narrative is cut short. When you get the Happy Ending, you're not rewarded with anything good, not even CGs. Surely you can try after stories, but this doesn't fix the story's noticeable incompleteness. Of course, the narrative can't last long up to the marriage or even death of the characters, but I have never felt this discouraging feeling of interruption in any of the other otome I've played.
2. The main character is never corrected. She's stupid and annoyingly timid to the whole end of the game. She is a cruel c***blocker, so maybe it's her fault in interrupting the narrative. She messes up every romantic reward you get.
3. The drawing is sometimes really poor. The faces are messed up on some CGs, even some sprites are looking bad, like Ines's. I can't enjoy some key CG's just because of the drawing.

Now, what else. This game costs almost exactly the same price as OZMAFIA!. Do I want to replay this game some time in the future? No. Do I want to replay OZMAFIA? As soon as I forget it. OZMAFIA has 10 routes, while this game has 5 (you know, I would definitely love to read a Sachsen's route, for example). OZMAFIA has some interesting features alongside with long and interesting story, while this game has none of that.
Maybe I shouldn't compare this cruel and mature game to the cartoonish fairytale, but hey, I had much more fun playing OZMAFIA.

I can, however, praise this game. Because of Fin Euclase. I've never seen such crafted yandere character as him. BUT, I had to BUY his route for almost 1/2 of the price of the whole game!!! Not only did I get a simple minimalistic short route for this price, but this route doesn't have anything I love Fin for. It's not yandere, it's not cruel, moreover it was of course c***blocked by the main heroine. But sure, if you love Fin and this whole game, you can buy his route.

To sum up the results:
Main story: 5/10
Character routes: 4/10
Drawing: 4/10
Main Heroine: 0.00001/10
Music: 6/10
Voice acting: 9/10

Well, what should I start with...
I didn't like this game. The drawing and character design are pretty poor, I thought I would get used to it, but no. It's hard to be romantic with any of the characters when they just don't look good. Otome is the type of game when a player girl is supposed to feel at least okay with all of the MC, but this game doesn't provide it.

The routes are boring to the point of insanity. Seriously, I learned how to wrap my hair around my nose and ears and make them stay like this for a while. The first one, Shin's, although was pretty good due to hurt/comfort and detective elements, so this made me to not drop the game early. Toma's route had a promising plot, but due to his poor appearance and bad writing it was also boring. I managed to play through other routes just to unlock Ukyo, but I got disappointed as well. Same reasons: BORING.

Then, Orion. Making a constant follower could be a somewhat nice idea, but this shota dwarf is EVERYWHERE. He talks instead of you, he gives you REALLY bad ideas, he controls your actions. I thought in this kind of games the player should merge with the main hero and live his life in a fantasy world, but this imp interferes with this core idea.
Seriously, what's the point in hiding amnesia from your closest?! That they'll put you in hospital? OK, OK, but since the MRI in Toma's route didn't show a shota dwarf in the heroine's brain and told there's nothing wrong with it there should be no reason in hospitalizing the heroine. She could find a plenty of other ways to explain that she needs stimulation instead of getting medical treatment.
In the ending the presence of Orion is explained VERY poorly, he had no actual use, yet brought harmful ideas of his.

I'm disappointed with this game. It's cheap, everybody recommends it and it looks not so bad, so I would try it anyway. But I won't be the one to recommend it.

Also, if anyone's guessing how to quit this game: alt+F4. I'm not joking.

I won't be too verbose about this game, yet it deserves more words to be spoken of.
I played it to pleasurably degrade and to kill my time, so I never had any high expectations. My sceptical mood was pretty soon ruined, because this game really knows how to manipulate your emotions to make you feel happy and not notice any flaws it has.
So I did feel happy, warm and comfortable. Leaving aside some dark routes, this game is pleasurable and calm. And now, having finished it, I feel unbearably sad. Otome masters sure know all these tricks to make girls become addicted to this type of games, so... I found myself thinking of buying PS Vita to play Diabolik Lovers. Damn these otome-games!
