Just for reference you can mute the voice and text chat through the same means. pressing "P" in game and selecting either the mic icon, keyboard icon, or both. There is a surprisingly high lgbt player base on US servers. I am sorry the player base disappointed you so deeply. If you ever do decide to give it another shot use the mute function for text chat and hopefully that makes a difference.
