Everyone has pain they must carry. The amount of pain someone carries matters not as much as the decision to put others through their pain. Hurt is something that must be acknowledged before healing can occur. One cannot heal without first recognizing a wound is even there, and one cannot be healed by others. It all comes from within: love, fear, anger, sadness; to help you recognize that your perceptions are built by your thoughts. Stop filling the void of emotion with distractions, and you will face that which you must, and you will become better for it.
