Realm Royale was a great game, rivalling Fortnite in my opinion, the asymetrical game design and focus on aggression was really fun and made it a unique experience with a lot of options. However with the latest patches they have declawed a lot of weapons and made slug almost the only reasonable weapon in most options, removed chicken trophies and as such the need to be aggressive and brought a turtle meta very much the same as any other BR game and messed up the balancing beyond what is okay for a patch. These are all things they tried before and the community hated, they even falted putting out this patch but then went and did it anyway against the community backlash and it has had an averse effect on the game in a large way.

I would not recommend this game to anyone in it's current state however if they fixed it and got the game back on track I would recommend it immensely, this was an amazing game that has given me hours of fun and I had intended to play it for quite some time, however right now they're trying to kill it off.

This game is a cynical cash grab, but it's really fun.

No one could argue that this game isn't a cash grab and cynical as hell, however it's a really fun game that lands halfway between Pubg and Fortnite, the gun play is satisfying as hell and the weapons are fun.

The art style looks worse than it is, when you get into the game I don't know, maybe I was dropped on my head or something but the game is pretty damn charming.
There are untextured building everywhere, and trust me it's annoying, but it soon takes a backseat to the actual game when you start playing.

Now outside of the usual BR game things this game has in-game cash that you can use to buy cosmetics after you find them. However you can also withdraw from an ATM or spend the cash you earn in a match to purchase guns from vendors that are littered around, at first this sounds terrible, but in time you'll learn to see that this helps offset the usual: Land, find no weapons, die. rounds that you have in the other BR games, as if you land and all you get is cash, you can find a vendor and buy a weapon, or armor.

This game is a very messy cynical cashgrab, and shows amazing promise at this stage, don't people scare you away just because they don't like it, it's also charming and fun.

A surprisingly good game, the environments are beautiful and Mickey's animations are really well done, the music is pretty decent and there are hidden Mickeys scattered around the various worlds, sadly the game doesn't last very long and isn't very hard, though the floaty controls can and will mess up a few of your jumps.

All in all a solid game, I would recommend it as a casual thing to pass the time.

I just finished playing through Choice of the Deathless and it is easily one of my favorite games in the past few years, a few 'pages' in and I was caught, it's claws sunken deep into my flesh.
The writing was great eerie and yet beautiful both at the same time, the world was weird and wonderful and yet the writer made it seems so common place easily.
I cannot remember the last game that had me thinking hard about the choices it presented me, I easily spent minutes at a time debating choices and at the end spent much longer on the presented choice.
Likewise I also cannot remember the last game that made me feel emotionally attached to the characters that had been introduced to me and made me want to do right by them so well.

The lack of eye catching graphics and wonderful music was without a doubt counteracted with overwhelmingly breathtaking writing and should not be thought of as a con for the game.

All in all this is a game that has left a strong impression on me and I will wholeheartedly urge others to try it.

Dishonored is not the best game you will ever play if you're going for stealth, you should head for the older thief games, however if you play it like an action game it's mindless fun, get this instead of the new Thief if you're debating between them.

The graphics are alright, nothing to write home about but not horrific.

The mechanics are interesting, I like the intimidation part and having to think about your actions (somewhat), I played it on survivor mode and it was hard... up until the hotel. Once I got past the hotel I managed to down everything with one arrow, until I got to the pier and got a second arrow at which point I didn't need a gun and ended the game on a mountain of ammo, the pier mission was also incredibly short, if they thought having large battles with a bunch of enemies would provide difficulty or make it all seem longer then they were wrong.

The items were all but useless, I could've started up my own community and fed them for years by the end of the game I had that much crap.

Saving people was... alright I guess, but having to trek the entire city to go back to someone you saw at the start of the game just before finishing the game to give them a tomato is taking the piss.

I hate the way they separate segments of a mission, and that I never got to see what those horrific and scary looking mutant-ish shadows were in the dust clouds.

And the ending, my god the ending. While I won't join everyone in saying it's the worst ending in history, as we know that's not true. It did seem very rushed and I expected it in all honesty and it leaves a ton of loose ends.
Having said this, I believe it works very well as a cliffhanger, people complain that it gives you no closure and leaves you confused but that's what it's supposed to do and it does it well, I think that it leaves plenty of opportunity for another game.

To summarize, I do believe it is a good game and I respect what they were trying to do, and I enjoyed the mechanics (Except the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dust, nothing but a godamn hassle) I would suggest people pick it up and play on survivor for the experience of a tough game with nice platforming and a plot line tha
