Having played the Front Office Football Series for a few years, I can honestly say that it's the Gold Standard of text sim football games. The depth is enough to make you feel in charge of everything, and not too deep to feel like an endless pit of options. Front Office Football 8 made HUGE leaps on an already outstanding game, and I'm thoroughly pleased.
