I dont think this is very good customer service. This will be reported to your HR. I know I signed but I just reread the contract and in very small size 4 calibre font it says "no return". However the rest of the contract is size 14. No, 16.I would argue that this is unethical in court, My lawyers will be getting involved with this and your company will be refunding me that £10. However I'm willing to be generous and take £9.43. This is the best offer you'll get before a court case. you have till tomorrow morning to see if you like that offer, if not, expect a phone call from my lawyer, Mr Goodman. (Saul Goodman).
