Same bugs as in the GP24 - no proper tutorial, idiotic GUI, audio glitches over curbs, track limit penalties does not exist, fuel audio glitch, crashing penalties does not exist properly, there is no info why redflag is waved, idiotic pit procedure, multiple glitches of auto-pilot rider on track entry, absolutely no penalty system for slow riding over the track and causing dangerous situations or slowing down opponents, no differences between tyre types except the usage, you can use tire consumption strategy and shove it up your a.. because on the 11th lap your opponent will have 100% of new tire while you will struggle to exit the corner, place where you can turn on the tire wear and fuel consumption in carrer mode is hidden and hard to find to the point of meme. Managed to find it but jesss wtf.

No slipstream, no warmup lap before race, no sight laps. Bike development is some sort of chatgpt sh which makes absolutely no sense and change f.ing nothing in bike behaviour. Once the bike is developed you are already switching the teams or class. Moto2 bikes are impossible to handle - no matter how you tune it, even if you make the copy move of your opponents you will crash - there is like 5% of brake spot of braking/instant falling and with even the most customised pad with saturation and all the curves made smooth you will slip on the corner exit while your oppent will go full bananas nitro turbo mf'ka. There is no f.ing information what is crashed in your bike when it happened to be broken and need fixing in the depo. There is no damage model - they can't even f.ing make a proper damage model of the livery. Arron Cannet with his absolutely iconic neck tattoos - have none - which is like an uber meme as they pay so much to market this using the official motogp channel and riders It's so cheap it make me laugh. You can ride through the grass on the pitbikes on the pro mode with 60* angle. You can crash and cut corners on the pitbikes, flat and supermoto with no consequences on the pro mode.

This game is such a c.ap that it's just hard to belive that they charge so much money. There should be something like a fraud warning from steam. Also the paid youtubers should also face the consequences for promoting this.

EDIT: As some people start to point out that the penalties for track limits are there - I gonna straighten that up: they are not working properly - sure on the strict mode you will get insant penalty for touching outside of the track but if go a little wider it will not be counted and you can easily learn how to turn that into advantage especially in Qatar.

Also the Adaptive AI - sorry, I'm not gonna waste time for "one day it will start working you need to keep playing" type of bs - I don't want to be punished for getting better at game no matter how profitable it might be in the end if the AI is beating the MotoGP class times with moto3 bikes. Im playing for fun so I instantly went for choosing the difficulty to manual: 95-100% is my actual level. In that scenario I'm keep fighting with AI, I have to keep practicing and gaining in practice/FP. If you struggle with the same demotivating AI system just change it manually - that's my advice.

I'm not the best rider in the universe, but I got over 132hours in GP24 with a multiple multiplayer races won and all achievements unlocked, over 300h in Ride series of games and.... after 4hours of playing this I struggle to get into Q2 of Moto3 series in GP25. Rubber-band AI just wont let you win. When they are loosing, different laws of physics start to apply on them.

EDITOUT

Just as I predicted - looks like another abandonware by milestone since day 1. GP24 is still not repaired so what to expect from developer of hot wheels game.

PS: Pitbikes & flat is piece of popo overhyped addon. Dont get fooled. After 2 races it's getting boring and repetetive af.

PS2: I'll change this review for positive if it all be sorted out - but I know it wont - just like motogp24.

The problem with this game is that the formula is already completely worn out and just plain boring. Because of that, it's hard to write a positive review. Still, Prodeus works fine as a casual time-killer between more serious, engaging titles.

Level design is very uneven and inconsistent – you can clearly tell the developers tried to force some kind of story into the game, and it’s just pathetic because none of it makes any sense.

The gameplay itself holds up — it’s dynamic and fast — but unfortunately the fun stops once you reach the first portal to another dimension. From that point on, the level design completely falls apart; it’s ugly, lazy, and boring.

A seriously infuriating part of the game is weapon swapping — 90% of mistakes come from selecting the wrong weapon. Without custom weapon binds, the game is barely playable.

Another dumb thing is the upgrade system: after finishing the game on the second-highest difficulty (around 10 hours of gameplay), about 3/4 of the available items were still locked — and frankly, I don’t care to unlock them. Since the game is repetitive, dull, and brings absolutely nothing new to my gaming life, those items will stay locked because I’m definitely not replaying it just to see how some random revolver works.

6,5/10 is my fair score - worth playing is "best we can do"

Lol what an unfinished nonsense trash - but what to expect form a publisher of worms XD
At least bought it for 1usd outside steam so can't complain about the price.

It's full of small details that expose the crappy production quality. The game can randomly fail to launch and you have to kill it manually through the task manager and try your luck few times until it start working. If you rebind a key, the game will still display the original key the devs assigned — this is just cheap.

Don't blindly belive the positive reviews. I couldn't stand to play full hour.

Cmon 13o kids give me jester to prove the point that you are the target audience :*

I can't belive this came out around 5/6 years AFTER the DIRT 2.0. Despite constant crashes to desktop for absolutely no technical reason, everything - and i mean literally everything is worse in comparison to the DIRT from 2019.

From a graphical standpoint, it's hard to believe that after six years, they managed to create a game that looks worse than its predecessor. Objects, nature, people, crowds, and environments feel like they were pasted in from some random Unity asset library.

The driving physics and vehicle damage system are outright laughable. This is pure casual gaming—don't expect to learn anything from it.

There is no Daily/Weekly/Monthly challanges which are meat of the original D2 for me and which I constantly play up to this date.

The career mode is an absolute joke. The calendar is unreadable, and the time and budget allocation system makes no sense at all. You start by choosing a vehicle you won’t even use because there’s no assigned event for it in the upcoming month.

To make matters worse, EA pulled off their classic move—focusing on racial diversity and accessibility awards rather than making a good game. The issue isn’t the implementation itself—no intelligent person would be against inclusivity and diversity —but the way it's forced. Reaching the marshal at the end of a race or choosing your enginner crew feels like a world population showcase, completely mismatched with the race location. The situation during a rally in my own country had me in tears from laughter—pure EA style.

But the real highlight? In Norway, at subzero temperatures, fans are cheering in shorts and t-shirts, while in the middle of frozen lakes, you’ll find superyachts with people in beachwear waving from the deck. It feels cheap - like some kind of pay-to-win android game. This is it—I'm done. Hopefully I' will be able to refund this after wasting 4 hours.

EDIT: after 4hours and constant crashes which start to happen after around 3,5, steam refuse to refund. Don't buy. I'm dead serious.

Disappointment is an understatement. This game lures players in with its unique combat system, deck-building mechanics, and a world that feels like a blend of Tim Burton’s films, Disney fairy tales, and a touch of American McGee’s Alice. However, beneath the stylish exterior lies an empty, simplistic experience that is not only childish but also unbearably dull and overly long.

90% of the quests consist of aimless wandering across the map, collecting items for NPCs in the most uninspired way possible. The game quickly becomes tedious, lacking any real engagement or challenge.

My biggest issue, however, is its target audience. On one hand, it presents itself as a children’s fairy tale, yet some of the characters seem straight out of Little Nightmares, making them entirely unsuitable for younger players. The game feels like a complete misfire, and it's no surprise that EA is pouring so much money into its promotion—because without it, nobody would care.

Early Access Review
This is the best thing that happened to me since when I was a kid and bought a first original Painkiller game in a press shop. I can finally de-dust my skills of double jump mid air trajectory calculating head shots with a dovel. Can't wait to see that grow to the final version.

Worst type of racing games: casual trying to be a sim racer. Terrible camera, terrible rubber AI opponents, terrible arcade physics with some bulls**t system of tyre, petrol and overall wear off in %. Basically if the opponent hits you you'll loose the "HP" of the car which makes you slower and impossible to be competitive even on the second easiest difficulty level. I like challenging game but there is absolutely no learning curve - just hard to the point of being annoying. Released around 97-2000 could be fun but there are tons of better games including Art Of Rally. This was wasted money.

As someone who came from playing Ride 3, 4 and 5 with nearly 200h in total, for me this is an extremely challenging learning curve. The positive opinion is based on the overall physics which are far better than in the Ride series. But let's honestly talk about the flaws.

1. Addaptive AI - after 27,8h it kinda works but still cheat af and you just can't say it's not. I was behind the Martin on one of the tracks - 2nd postion for nearly 9 laps straight. Pecco behind me with 5seconds loss. Martin crashes I got the 1st position. With my best lap in this race with nearly -0,5sec gain pecco managed to gain those 5 seconds in a single lap and was behind me with only +0,3 and nearly won the whole race. For me this is an obvious bull$ and you just cant say it's not.

2. Penalties - yes they work, unless the computer crashes into you. 95% of cases are against you even though you were overtaken by the opponent using the green field.

3. HUD - completely unclear. The bike development is not properly explained.

4. MotoGP Academy - yeah cool but how about telling us what we have to do to improve the times? The are sectors which are gold easy 1st try and there are sectors which I couldn't beat to the bronze with 30+ tries. If you want to teach something just make the f.ing effort and show us how to get this gold times. Take a Gran Turismo as an example ffs...

5. Carrer - by accident I jumped from Moto3 into MotoGP class after winning 2 or 4 (can't remember now) races. I wanted to play the full season but the unclear interface somehow made me go to motogp as I clicked something by accident.

6. Rewind - slow af...

7. If there is a redflag - it would be nice to know why....some kind of replay or anything.

8. Advanced level - which is my setting - the breaking points and RHD are obviously in the incorrect places for the majority of tracks. The only way to get those correct is to use practice sessions to ride behind AI and learn their lines.

Interface, tutorial and overall hud is a disaster and I hope it will be changed soon.
