Seriously a classic, if you haven't experienced the most immersive open world yet you should buy asap. It is the addicting GTA formula that we have known and loved for decades, refined into a nearly flawless single-player experience. I have not put much time into the Online so I can not give a full opinion but at a glance it looks very grindy.
