So happy to finally have Spider-Man on PC. Haven't played a game like this that wasn't Batman in Gotham city in a long time. It is a nice change of pace.

A re-imagining of the not quite official Slann teams. If you need to find tactics or skill guides you want to look up Slann because the stats are identical. Some might complain and call it a lazy reskin, but I imagine GW didn't want them to add Slann teams and they came up with this as a compromise. Here is hoping we see Chaos Pact in Blood Bowl III since they added Underworld in Blood Bowl 1 and now "Slann" in Blood Bowl 2 that is the only new team we are missing out on (and the coolest one too).

So apparently the Olethros is not only a Space Hulk but a mine as well? Or maybe our lightning strike was somehow sent off course by the warp? We may never know. What I do know however is that this is an amazing level, huge and fits in perfect with the others (despite possibly not being on a Space Hulk). I only wish they had added it before everyone stopped playing, I myself just finally got around to trying it 6 months later and now I am trying to find more people to play with like a fool. It's free so you really can't go wrong, still fun for farming relics alone if that's all you can get.

Both characters are fun and strong, although their abilities are even stronger in the hands of a CaC. Broly is aggressive plays well with short range style, Gogeta has that BBK teleport for really nice range opportunities. Finally getting a ToP stage is great too just wish there was more than one mission to use it for.

Everything that isn't pixel art (all backgrounds/all "cutscenes"/80% of the art) looks super blurry on just a 24inch 1080p monitor. I can't imagine what it would look like on a 50inch or 4k. I got it in the Humble Monthly with Yakuza 0 and discovering it was made by the makers of Rogue Legacy/reading some articles on the game got me really excited. I'm sure from what I have read there is a good game here but I can't get over the blurriness of all the text/characters when they aren't in pixel form. Why doesn't the art look crisp like the steam trading cards?? Thumbs up because I feel bad for the game devs.

I really like the gameplay, the setting, the story. I like this game. The singleplayer mode especially is great with a nice balance of challenge yet almost none of the regular pressure of x4 campaign style games.

However it falls prey to many of the faults with the modern game industry such as beta testing being used to decide major gameplay decisions instead of just bug-testing, "balance changes" that consist of an arbitrary on/off switch without any tweaks to what made the mode unbalanced and then just increasing the cost of the highest win-rate faction ships across the board without actually balancing anything. A-symmetrical multiplayer gameplay/factions yet they want all factions balanced at 50% win rate without looking at which factions have higher win rate against certain factions and which factions get played the most. Obviously these guys don't have the spine to stand beside their dev choices and it makes the game all the more weaker for it.
