This game might not seem like your cup of tea, but you won't get the real taste of it unless you play it yourself.
Well executed, beautiful art-style, fun game-play, calming music.
10/10.

Edited*** Decided to add more in depth thoughts of the game, which i usually don't do because i'm not good with words, but i believe my original review doesn't do this game justice and i would really love to see more people play it. :)

Gameplay
May i say, this game can get addicting once you start learning the mechanics and progressing. This game involves managing three locations; The emporium, the farm, and the factory. All three locations work in tandem. At the beginning of the game, they do require managing, but once you progress far enough, you do start to unlock items that allow you to automate stocking shelves, harvesting crops, and importing those resources into the factory. You can also expand your emporium and factory to fit more stuff in. The farm area already starts out large. I recommend this game to anyone who is into management, designing, and puzzling.

Levelling up
I don't feel as if levelling up and getting xp is slow, as you gather xp from completing tasks, missions, and selling stock. Oh by the way, tasks and missions are different. Tasks are a set of achievements in the game like 'collecting x amount of stone' or 'selling x amount of rubber ducks'. Tasks reward you with money, xp and gold chunks (which can be later turned into golden tokens which you sell to blubs to get golden importers for your factory which is how i was able to automate my factory). Missions task you with 'depositing x amount of items' in a deposit chute, rewarding you with xp and lunar tokens that can be spent at the night market (unlock i think at level 20) You have the option to skip a mission if its too complex, which is great because sometimes i'm not in a mood for a big challenge.

The Emporium
The emporium (aka your shop where adorable "blubs" are your customers) is where you get to design and sell your stock. My favourite part is definitely the designing aspect as i'm always a sucker for designing-type games. You get to stock your shelves and watch the blubs come in and buy those products. You unlock all sorts of decorations including wallpaper and flooring. There are even interactable deco items that provide juicy benefits. There are blubs that come in with random offers, and you even sell them stuff to earn more money, or purchase cool stuff. My favourite is definitely the wheel spin offer which gives you a chance to win cool wheel exclusive items. (You can buy a wheel later in the game which still costs to spin, but SO worth it when you get a good prize of course!).

The Farm
The farm is what you expect it to be, A farm. You harvest fruit trees, water wells, grass, rocks, iron and bunch of other resources i'm not gonna list, you can discover those when you play ;). The fruit is definitely one of the easiest item to harvest and sell, because you can just sell fruit as it is. (Fruit is only required in the factory if you want more complex recipes like orange juice, strawberry milk etc.) As i mentioned earlier, farming can become automated, which is great because i got to focus more on my emporium, however, i did find myself spending a lot of time on the farm because it was quite relaxing going around harvesting items, especially when you get lunar harvesters (purchased from the night market).

The Factory
The factory was definitely the hardest part for me to figure out as it does require some puzzling to fit all the machinery you want to put in. But in saying that, it is sooo satisfying once you figure out how things fit. I will say, you won't be able to fit everything you want in the factory, even after full expansion, but what is great, is that the developer ended up adding "schematics loaders" which allow you to save your factory load out and either load another factory design in or start fresh. Ahhh this was a life saver, especially when you get to late game. You can have up to four load outs, and I'm pretty sure level 20 is when you unlock your first schematic. I would suggest to new players who are looking for some help to maybe check out the blub emporium discord as there is some lovely and helpful people on there, i've even shared a few factory designs on there myself.

Suggested improvements
- Blub noises (maybe there's a chance a blub can make a noise when interacting with something)
- More decorative items of course!! (more holiday themed items and seasonal items would be cool).
- Factory help (maybe useful tips or tutorials, or maybe a blub comes in and sells you a schematic load out!).

Final Thoughts
As i said in my original review, this game may not be everyone's "cup of tea" as i believe it is quite a niche game and mixture of genres, but there's no game that i've come across that seems to fit this style and i enjoy that uniqueness. It's a game where you can come home from work, play to relax and enjoy the company of some shop hungry blubs. The harmonious soundtrack in the background adds to that calming environment. This game really does have an in depth amount of content. Even after hitting max level (120) i found myself wanting to work towards purchasing all the things required to fully automate my areas and redecorating my emporium as well, oh and of course selling so many goods to the blubs. I have found that i've liked this game more than i thought i would have. Definitely a diamond in the rough.
