Terrible monetization, game design, and game balancing. so many "destroy a follower and do a small extra effect" and "pay 3 to draw 2 with maybe an extra effect" cards. So many "get ridiculous stats" effects. I sure love losing to two 15/15s over 2 turns!

Amazing game, with a unique spin on the deckbuilding genre by adding a middle row between characters that can have objects in there like asteroids, missiles, mines, all while adding an evade mechanic where you can dodge enemy attacks as well as said missiles.

It adds other interesting features such as two options for card upgrades, more unique synergies compared to most Slay the Spire-likes.

I also love the cast of characters that you meet along the way, they're very fun to interact with and this game just oozes personality!

Give it a try, you'll likely love it!

This remake is very poorly made, half the time I can't tell where things are because the graphics are too dark or things move in bizarre ways, most of the times I have a split second to react to enemies before they hit me.

A particular boss has an absolutely tiny weak spot and moves like crazy far away in the air which basically makes it impossible for me to hit the weak spot accurately.

It just feels poorly made, how am I supposed to have any precision when shooting and to prevent being hit?

This is an amazing game in every single aspect:
- Rhythm-based that is friendly (you're allowed to make mistakes most of the time and won't be penalized)
- Respects your time (no grinding, and if you lose you continue at the last phase of the boss fight you were in, you can finish the game in ~15h)
- Amazing gameplay, music, art style/direction, characters, writing, and humor
- No microtransactions to nick and dime you
- Really cheap for what it is

I can't recommend this enough! Great job from the developers, for sure!

Short and sweet game with some surprising lore implications. I loved the grasshoppers in-between stages!

Lost my cloud save after I formatted my PC and had a very old version of my game instead. Not recommended.

Really fun and replayable game, keeps getting better and better as you unlock more content, and I just keep coming back for more!

I especially love the bird, get him an Illusion shotgun and he's practically unstoppable!

Stardew Valley is a very fun game. While it does a lot of things right, it does a few things wrong.

Combat is not as deep or fun as it could be (mostly pressing the attack button while standing still or sometimes dodging a little)

Cooking is hard to use because you can only cook a few preset recipes, while in certain Harvest Moon games you could cook by experimenting as well as using recipes. It's weird that I can't make a fruit salad with an extra ingredient of strawberry or something like that. A ton of crops can't even be used for cooking for me even though I have most recipes unlocked.

There are a few other aspects I don't recall right now that could be improved, but overall the game is a very fun experience and one of my most played games. I highly recommend it!
