Worlds Adrift broke my heart when it shut down.

It's been 5 years and this game still leaves a hole in my heart.

It's been long enough that I've forgotten specifics, long enough that a lot of the moments I used to look back to for comfort have faded into blurry, raw emotions that threaten to be reduced even further as time passes.

I loved Worlds Adrift, and I loved this world.

And I'm glad Lost Skies is under development, but my heart aches knowing I have to keep waiting to finally fill that hole again.

For what it's worth, this is one of the few pieces of Worlds Adrift we'll get to keep.

It's getting updates, surprisingly enough, and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for that.
