This game is fun , but for the online i think the asia server is not that good its not that stable and also keep matching the same players.

Dear Rockstar,my PC spec is better than the recommended requirements of this game but why is my game still stutter? Is this the games problems or my PC problems? I have Gtx1650 4gb & 16GB ram 2666mhz ddr4
