once upon a time there was a game named "hawken", it was beautiful and pretty fun, a mech game in some post apo setting, a very fun pvp experience
but since 2015 (or so) the game died due to poor marketing and small playerbase with restriction to only console
out of the blue yesterday, "Hawken Reborn" was announced for today
all hyped up i got the game (free just like hawken was) and began playing
an intro mission was there and it was alright except for the mouse sensitivity being awful and having to play with an american keyboard
but to my dismay, after the first mission i access the main menu and look for my beloved multiplayer mecha experience
and it is lost to time, absent, and after further investigations on the steam page of the game
it's a solo game
all hopes crushed, i uninstall and weep

the gunplay is great, just don't play it for the battle pass
