How out of touch are the devs?

A terribly boring game. Once you play the first 15mins, you have played the whole game. Only fun parts were bosses. Even then its still very repetitive. Sound design is also pretty garbage. I could count at least 10 sounds that were poorly made, stock (fine under most circumstance but they did not fit in with other sounds.), and just out of place level. Wish they added mechanics like platforming or a better 3D world. The game feels like it could have been more repayable and enjoyable if they took some more care and added some elements to make the game less repetitive.

Overall a disappointment but a good way to burn a few hours and get a 100% achievement game.

8 hours if you grind out the start and rush past any other stuff. Glad there is no 100% achievements for collecting every quest and item. GG

Great game overall. Wish the missions were longer or had more important parts added. Wayyyy to many bricks to collect. But overall its fun

I feel that this game has run its course. There is no need to add any other updates. As the middle player base continues to dwindle, the newbies and pros are all that shall remain. I don't expect to put much more time into the game as I have already put enough in chasing the high from halo 3.

Old review. Overall score 5/10 on its best days. Horrible business practices, unfinished game, little care for campaign, no care for progression until years later. The game is everything you should not do. NOT TO MENTION THE HORRID MATCH MAKING. If you are a decent player, expect to play with people who have never touched an FPS in their life. You will be expected to carry the game with over 25 kills 99% of the time. Games are mostly won by my own hand. It has almost zero enjoy ability at certain points because I know the only way to win is me getting to the rockets. If they were to fix this games match making, add a entire campaign shoot off, fix player customization (See Space Marine 2 for how its properly done), add assassinations, and fix netcode, I could give this game a up to 2 more points on my rating.

All this new content seems good so far. The hit reg is still terrible and still no assassinations. Not to even mention skill based match making. Maybe if they add more good (old) maps and fixed the hit reg, Ill change it to recommended. Otherwise, good free to play game.

Old Review:
100 Hours later and a few updates. The game is now how it should have been at launch. The seasons and long time between updates is terrifying boring. For comparison OW is currently on season 3 and it released in Oct 22. We are not even in season 3 yet its been out for 11 months more. With this current update of community made maps, it has shown that they are starting to listen to the community a lot more. Lower prices in the store as well is always welcome. This is hopefully the start of a better game and company.

However, I am unable to give this game a positive review. There is no current play for DLC for the (60$) campaign. There is still not cross core items besides visors. I will never change the review until they fix that and possibly if they do not add more ways to customize colors. I am still shocked they removed basic free functions from previous games. This would have been a great indie dev game. Not a billion dollar industry AAA game. Overall 5/10 game.

Devs don't care or can't care (daddy microsoft). Add forge, custom games, and more maps/modes. overall 3/10 game.

Very fun but needs some work. Hoping for more stuff to do around the farm and more freedom to build and create.

Great game. Looking forward to new updates in the future!

A timeless masterpiece that has exceeded all expectations for years. High replayability and great community. Could do with an update or two but otherwise perfect.
