Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a gem. It challenges people with its complex set of game mechanics to get better at the game and with its ranking system it has given the the game a culture in of itself where people are put into categories of what type of player you are. Skins also add on to that culture and give players a chance to exhibit their own style. There's no question why Counter-Strike is the pinnacle for Esports and may continue to grow as the gaming market grows.

Edit: Lately Valve has been reworking the game a lot more frequently and something I have to give props to them is how they are now diverting their attention to helping make competitive matches better. Valve continues to show support over the years thats why this game is timeless.
