When 20th Anniversary came in, I decide to play Half Life 2 again, specifically because Episode 1 and 2 achievement not being transfer from the standalone Episode 1 and 2. While there's a way, I decide to do it over again.

I wouldn't be here if not for Counter Strike 1.6, it's the very first few games that I came across very EARLY in my life, and it lead me to Half Life. The Half Life games are enjoyable. While it's not visually great with how games now, this game is good for you if you don't have the system to handle such a graphics on games today.

The only thing I wish, is that there should be something to get for people who bought episode 1 and 2 before the 20th Anniversary Update.

I originally bought this game at release day. I don't quite think I'm that hooked with the game so I refund less than a day. But after probably 12 hours later, it does seem I'm into this game, hence why I bought it again and writing this review.

TL;DR It's probably one of the best single-player game that I played, while there's better games out there, for current time, situation, and my low-mid end setup, I hardly can think anything else to play beside Chrono Ark

I have no bad intention to make a bad review when I did that refund. The only reason I did refund it, it's because how much the game cost for how the game is, at least where I came from(and what I told above).

Chrono Ark is Roguelike Deckbuilder game where the objective; you need to the Time-Shard pieces for the clock tower, with max of 4 characters that you can bring along. The game will tell how the game works(tutorial) and you might need pay intention. Unlike me that not read about relics. One thing that this game reminds me, well some-kind of vibe in a way, is that I feel like playing Danganronpa. Maybe it just me, but after some story that I need watch/read, I can't help it.

The game runs, at least in my low-mid end setup, it's expected. Or so I thought. The game runs smoothly except some few freeze especially when going into a fight or to next area, I don't know why if I ended the run it freeze instead of being smooth despite(to my understanding) it gave that static TV effect, the optimization on around the end of the story is quite questionable aswell, I think that the only time that I fight below 60fps or it gave stuttering few times in the fight(will looking to it when I decide to go that path again).

Gameplay-wise is somewhat expected, you create deck of cards from your characters that you bring, plus since you are Lucy, you can choose what to upgrade along the way of run. You can upgrade quantity of mana you are starting with per turn, you can get 1 out of 3 card draws that game randomly give it to you, and level up your characters.
Keep in mind on how health works, the game will tell you this(iirc), but when you take damage, instead you complete loss that amount, you got a green bar on your health. You can use any kind of healing spells to heal that character, whether or not you have the green bar, but it best you heal when you had it. It gaves more heal, or better way to put it, give you the exact heal that you expected, if you don't have it but you need the health, it will give less than you being told.

Characters are great. Each have their own things and can be synergy to your team building. The easiest character that you might going to use is Azar. Though I quickly shift from him to Ilya, and he becoming my favorite.
For male character enjoyers out there, you're not quite in-luck. 7 out of 20 characters are Male while the rest are Female, which is expected at this point. I do wanna note, there's a mod that change females art that, as far as I heard, change summer skin portion, into something that are NSFW.
There's no VA(Voice Actor) in this game. Which is I kinda dislike it but I learned to give it a pass, especially when the game, as far as I heard, been in tight budget in development.

Luckily there's workshop/mod portion of this game, you can mod it yourself, I haven't messing around with it myself but it does let you make another character, let say you have favorite character from other games you wanna make into here. You can look at steam workshop to see current mods that are made by people, using any means. The only downside is that most if not some of the description in this mods are either not written in English, which is fine except if you don't quite know the game yet, some does have English writing on it, and few/some doesn't have any description.

There's.. one thing I wish they have more into, especially on story side of things
I wish there's more relationship between Lucy(daughter) and her Father, the Forgotten King, the boss that you fight, Clyne. The run that will lead you into the endings on the next run, Clyne will speak to her, even though, as you know, Lucy don't remembered. I wish that Clyne should be around Lucy more when you are at that run that leads to one of the endings. While the game reveal Clyne in the past, but in that current run, Clyne cannot do anything, stuck to that place you fighting in, and cannot communicate until defeat/kill him, i wish there's a way to make Clyne broke free from that.

And no, I can't recommend people to play this game, you are welcome to try for yourselves if you like the game or not.
I want to like it, but I can't.

It's still great if you want to play it right now, there is alot of mods you can choose, which can be different from the original game.

Having a blast playing this game, not only it reminds me i play this franchise back when i don't know about Tekken and i play the 5th in PS2, but also having fun with a friend who is interested in Tekken

I started playing Warframe in a year of 2015. Back then, it was hard to me to consider waste my time and effort to this game because how difficult when i was in the game.

But when 2019 came out, and because how my friends really want me to play this game, i give it a second try.

You know what ? I put the time and effort 1 or 2 month, it has been astounding experience. Not only did DE change how the game feels, but how the community especially where my clan and alliance are, i can say it's friendly. I did way better this time then in 2015. I completed the main quest, the star chart, got a few primes(both weapons and warframes)and most importantly, having fun.

Even tho in the later day it will get bored, what i experience in the past month, is absolutely great.

I do like the game even though i suck at it.
Never been so fun in my life try this game.
Thanks big bro for trying to getting me into Dota 1 before Dota 2 even released.
Still though, i suck and i love this game.

Bring back my childhood
Probably the best card game out there, but kinda want to have 5 card space for monster and spells/traps and 8000 LP

Im Spechless about this game.

I Recommended this game because:
-For Dragon Ball Z Fan
-The Graphic is very amazing
-DLC mostly on season pass(because the price)
-You can make your own character with your own skill and item
What i dont really like is:
-No way to make your hair like super saiyan
-Can't change aura(when charge your ki)
-And Mostly crash on Majin Buu Saga(On Goku Super Saiyan 3 vs Majin Buu)

But I recommend this game
I Beat story mode(without dlc)in 3 days :)
Next Month im buying the season pass
