This has to arguably be one of my all-time favourite games, having sunk over 2,000 hours across my 9 years of owning ARMA into the rich and exciting game/gunplay that base game and modded content has to offer. ARMA has never failed to offer me enjoyment or a sense of adrenaline, whether I play alone or with friends.

While it isn't the most optimised of games, it certainly has and continues to recieve a lot of love and attention almost 12 years on. Still to this day, a game I would absolutely recommend.

The game concept in itself is very, very good. But others are correct- this is a cash grab. The game is poorly optimised and causes ridiculously high GPU and CPU temperatures as a result - although I like the game, the poor optimisation and very high temperatures is a deal breaker for me. Don’t buy the game, you’ll be disappointed.

I still stand by this review. The game has incurred more issues and needless to say, why doesn't a game like this have the basic functionality of an autosave? I've just ended up losing my progress because the game is that buggy it crashes and that awful it can't have an autosave function. My advice to anyone looking to buy this game, don't, spend the time you'd be playing this game to visit family. Don't waste your time on this game.

Game has a lot of issues, I understand it's an alpha, but to release a game where it regularly crashes and has multiple client and server side issues is a mistake. I wouldn't recommend buying this game until it's been officially released and doesn't crash on you every five seconds. Other than that, the concept of the idea is good.
