Hi leDouche, I saw your post and I too am really annoyed that this happened AGAIN... I had spoken with Lightning around the time you were kicked and explained to him about recent issues of admins kicking you. (not sure if the conversation was before or after the kick) When this issue originally came up all of us, eGOINS leadership got together and gave the 'O.K.' for your name...
As to how the situation was handled, on his part, to me was very lazy admining. Giving only one warning is not how we teach our members to admin (depending on the situation) the servers, especially if its just something as minor as an inapproriate name.
