I would not recommend this game to anyone. Not sure what changed with the game since i last played it. But now i keep finding tiles that you can't improve. Builders just wack away at it for a turn or two and then stop. I tried using other units but still the same thing happened. I would understand them stopping if you had enemy units near by. But there was none.
