What an excellent surprise! That a short game with such simple premise could capture the combat essence of the best in the genre and execute so well. Really loved the combat, as I love me some parry-focused games, but I think some things stop it short on being as good as it could be, even for a game of this size.

POSITIVES:
- Great parry-focused combat;
- Cool medieval setting and art direction;
- Beautiful game overall (if your PC can run it);
- Some fun dialogues;
- Some of the voice actors were pretty good;
- Some options to choose from to forge the MC's path;
- Secrets to find;

NEGATIVES:
- During combat, the UX/UI for some of the attacks need to be adjusted a bit, making it easier for the player to "see" what attack is coming and being able to react to it accordingly. Not super tweeked, as it would diminish some of the challenge, but a little bit would be good;
- During the tutorial, the buttons for attack, defense/parry, etc could be shown on the UI, making it easier for the player to just visually understand the commands right away, rather than having to open the menu, then settings, then the preferred control scheme, and then learning how to do stuff;
- The UX/UI in the menu needs some tweeks, like when hovering an option on the settings menu, there needs to be a better indicator to help the user read whats on focus (maybe more contrast with black/white on the yellow background);
- A way to try the hardcore setting that doesn't involve going into new game (thats just for this version, but if the full game will have difficulty options, maybe there as well)?
- Some of the dialogue options felt unecessary;
- Some of the voice acting wasn't the best;
- Better options with camera sensitivity and acessibility;
- Maybe better optimization for lower-end PCs;

I wish only the best to everyone involved with this project, and hope you guys can find a publisher to reach even greater heights!
