great baffoons

One of the best rogue-lites out there. Charming, engaging, has new ideas.

And works great on a steam deck. Don't sleep on it.

Main character in this game is such a brainless dumbass one braincell piece of ♥♥♥♥. It can be physically painful reading some of his rotten brain takes.

Writing is terrible in general. Situations in which characters end up are unbelievable. Relationships between characters and their interactions don't make sence. I almost feel like authors of this masterpiece have never had a conversation with women other than their mother.

There's also this disconnect from the characters because the writing is so uninspiring and awful. Adult scenes don't feel rewarding and they're mostly forced onto a player. No way in hell I can believe this brainless MC can get laid left and right.

The game also feels very linear, there are very little meaningful choices. And in my playthrough there were a few instances where the game gave me a "choice", but it had only one option.

Sound design is almost non-existent and the game uses very generic music. It's literally three or so tracks on repeat.

But I gotta give it's credit where it's due: the renders are mostly competent and 18+ scenes do have good animations, angles and they're partially voiced.

In conclusion I'd say to stay away from this game if you're looking for a good adult VN.

Smartypants game

It's a shame that many horror fans will never know that the best horror is the Outer Wilds - Echoes of the Eye DLC :)

I wish steam had a neutral review option. Because this is not a bad game per se, it's just a boring and bland experience imo.

Mechanics are competent, but they offer nothing new or interesting in this genre. I didn't like the visuals too, music is generic and the font this game uses is horrible.

This game feels like a boring hollow knight copy. I'd rather just replay hk.

Got stuck as bubba two times while performing this DLC execution.

Was fun for a while. Game's dead now, don't buy.

The amount of quality content that you get for the price is INSANE!

This game has all kinds of unlocks and progression: character, enemies, items, minions, stages, game modes. You name it. Hell, there's even built-in CARD GAME, which is pretty neat and mind-boggling.

Everything is fun and feels great. Visuals are charming, sound design is cool, the amount of variety between different classes is great.

But there were two cons for me:

1. 8-directional controls (but I got used to it relatively quickly)

2. Horny jokes (but I kinda got the vibe a bit later)

Overall, this is the best VS-like game.
Thou shall definitely play this game.

♥♥♥♥ fishing in every game. Killing animals is not cute.

Otherwise a great game.
