Thea: The Awakening is a great game overall, and it always amuses me that "Thea" is repeated after the colon in the title.

This is best played in multiplayer but the single-player is a good sandbox for learning and messing around. The bot AI is a bit janky and they'll do things like stand in an airlock with no suit on if they're idle but if you leave suits everywhere they'll grab the nearest one and be alright... probably.

Barotrauma's got a lot of potential though and I'm interested to see where it'll go

This game has all the hallmarks of a future classic, but it needs more content before it can reach that height. That said, as it is it's very playable and very entertaining. Would recommend.

This game has a lot of potential and the devs have a good trackrecord. Soon(tm) we will all suffocate in space.

Like CK2, but with even more incest and violence. No sign of demonic ponies so far.

There are bugs. There are desync issues. These don't get in the way of how hilarious and fun it is when playing with other people. Would not recommend as a solo game.

Wildcard expects us to be their testers yet their communication with us is abominable. Fix yo ♥♥♥♥ and fire some douches. Or hire one to talk to us.

For context, I put in ~900 hours on Eador Broken World.

Pro: Imperium at it's core is all I ever wanted from HoMM, Civ, and most other games coming from those franchise's legacies.

Con: There are still a number of bugs in the game like a tactical combat not advancing to the next turn after I click actions too quickly in sequence, but I have yet to encounter a game-breaking bug. There are workarounds as well, like hitting F10 and/or F11 to auto-resolve a hung battle. Given a little more support from the devs to fix some of the bugs still present, this could be as much fun as I found Broken World to be.

My advice: Buy it. Try it. If you don't like it, get a refund.

This game is basically the spritual successor to Escape Velocity, and it does it's job well.

Pros:
Highly immersive universe
Space combat is fun and varied
Multiple paths and factions to victory
Lots of customization for your ships, weapons, and companions
Game has a small learning curve and it's easy to make money after that

Cons:
Some of the sieging mechanics can be non-intuitive
First few hours dealing with the learning curve can be difficult

Overall I'd give it a 9/10, well worth the money!
