Since I've been here for over 10 years and I have Community Market access, I know a fair trade when I see one. Don't bother offering less than market price after fees - I'll decline your offer (and potentially report you for attempted scam).
Example:
Market price (buyer pays): €2.30
Credit after fees (seller gets): €2.00
Acceptable offer value: €2.15 (both of us make a good deal)
Unacceptable offer value: €1.95 (I'd get more by selling my item on the market)
