Imagine if a philosophy professor and an action movie director teamed up to make a game—and then added robots with feelings. That’s NieR: Automata.

This game has it all:
✅ A story that’ll make you question your existence
✅ Combat so smooth it makes butter look clunky
✅ A soundtrack that slaps harder than your Wi-Fi cutting out mid-raid
✅ And yes, plenty of robot booty. Let’s not pretend that wasn’t a selling point.

I’ve done all the endings, even the one where you think it’s over and then—SURPRISE—it’s not. And the emotional damage? Chef’s kiss. If you don’t cry at least once, congrats, you’re a robot.

Sure, the side quests sometimes feel like “errand bot simulator,” but hey, when an android grandma asks for help, you say yes. And fishing? You can catch a mackerel that kills you instantly. A+ game design.

If you like games that are deep, stylish, and make you question everything—including why you’re still scrolling Steam instead of clicking Buy Now—this is for you.
