A very nice game. Short, simple, and sweet. If you want the humble feeling of old games akin to MSX, this is one for you.

This game has a lot of charm and feels like a relic of 90's western PC games. It has fantastic music, and fantastic gameplay elements that all mesh together, from platforming to RPG action.

Unfortunately, it also runs like a relic from the 90's; there's no other settings other than making the game take over full screen and changing resolution, even disabling Windows Aero. There's even no pause as well, which seems terrible, given how pressed for time the game will put on you. And to top it off, pressing the Esc key will close the game. If only the game was built a little better, this would be perfect.

But if you want to have fun for manner hours besides that, this is the game for you, at such a very reasonable price.

A good coffee break game. You can play for a half hour and be satisfied, and it feels very tight and not so cheap or overwhelming when it comes to difficulty.

That said, though, it's pretty much recommended that you play this game with a controller.

The Full Screen option isn't nice to use, but playing it windowed is fine.

If you enjoy Tower Defense games, then this game is most likely for you. I'd even go as far as suggesting that this game is the best Tower Defense game I've played.

Everything feels right, and it's a challenge, and the most fun are the missions in where you have a the option to shape the pathway that the enemy will have to walk through using the towers you set up. It's really fun to think about how to set them up, what time you should place towers, shape the pathways... especially with your starting amount of resources, given how often you're limited.

And after you've completed the game, you can replay maps/stages with lots of modifiers that offer new challenges! It's a good time waster for a half hour or so per stage!

If you're looking for a classic arcade action similar to Space Invaders, this is it. Not much else to say, but it's a good coffee break game!
