How to play as a Dwarf.

1. Get a horse. If you don't have one, Chestnut Handy Stables at the Imperial City will give you one for free.
2. Open the console with "`" and type "player.setscale 10".
3. Mount your horse.

Congratulations. You can now play as a Dwarf.
