I don't know why this person keeps showing up on my friend's list. I doubt they even know I exist but every single time I remove them, they end up back on my list. I'm concerned this person is a hacker or a man inside steam looking at problem people. Look I know I've done some horrible things in the past that may have gotten me jail time, but that's besides the point.
