Banned because of render bugs?

Hello daybreak.
I purchased your game a few months ago and from the start I got problems. My PC is not the best but neither the worst (https://www.asus.com/Laptops/X555LN/) . From the start I experienced "bugs" in the game. Most of them were annoying but I didnt refund the game because I was having fun with my friends. The "bugs" were:
- Late spawning (i spawn and people already had died);
- Weapons taking more time to render on my screen;
- Interact not working (picking guns, inventory,...);
- Dropping fps's in gunfights;
And the reason/bug i think i got banned for:
- While spawning not be able (SOMETIMES) to see/render buildings and walls and when landing slide through the buildings or going through walls because of a error/render problem.
I've never used this last problem to my advantage and I think I shouldn't get banned for this beacuse is a problem of the game on my PC. This problem already happen to some of my friends and other people too (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QIN02QPhf0) .
I challenge you guys to try to play on a similar PC and test the bug yourself.
Should i get unbanned? I think so because I've never hacked on the game.
What should daybreak do? If this issue keep happening i should be allowed to refund the game so none of this happen again.
