As a result of Epic getting their hands on psyonix, I will also try to get my opinion on it.
Epic already seemed like a big ♥♥♥♥ as it came with its own program, which is not that bad in first place, but now they try to get a monopol on them, by slowly buying other studios. Such as Psyonix in this one. After a good time with a free to play, yet awfully bad game, they made way too much money by scamming little kids with so called Fortnite.
The other game, which I forgot, epic wanted to sell here first and then canceled it, made me even more angry. They got their hands on some money and then thought: Might aswell just revoke it, so people will get the EPIC launcher.
Money may be great and such, but dont support Epic or the greedy people that sold their souls next to some little fortnite children. Rocket League may be a good game, but not the developers, they made their money. Better try to find something in the contract that will help you leave this deal again, as long as you can. I was mad about the Rocket Pass to get on the bandwagon with these E P I C W E E K L Y C H A L L E N G E S and rather said M O R E M O N E Y.
♥♥♥♥ this game, I might play it casually again but never ever will I leave steam for this crap or install the Epic launcher again. If it will happen tho, great ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, job you lost one customer. Well, one is nicely said. Dont even think about spending more money for this crap again. Sure you all said, that it will be the same team, but the market share wont be and some money will be in Epics hand, in theory it all sounds nice, just more support under a second name and still the same team but no thanks. Psyonix did good by themselves, thats what I atleast thought. Well, except of their servers, sometimes the hitboxes... well we will see.
Sorry for my bad english, yet I hope that you all could get an idea of the crap that will be following. If there will be just ONE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BIGGER CHANGE THAT WOULDVE NOT HAPPENED WITHOUT PSYONIX THIS GAME WILL LEAVE MY LIBRARY ASAP.
