Just like the original Serious Sams, and not a wave shooter.
Various Locomotion, for those who get motion sick, there's bound to be a setting that fits you.
Different difficulties depending on your skill level, or how you want to play, be it sitting/standing/roomscale

Very short, about 20 minutes.
Basically a tech demo/interactive movie, with The Martian name.

Not worth more than $10.

Would've been nice to have a full fledged game, with room scale.
