Just wanted to say thank you for gifting me Brothers a while back. I finally played it this past weekend, and was absolutely crushed by the end.

I actually wanted the extras for once so I went with the deluxe edition.

Definitely liking Banner Saga! There aren't many games I could really compare it to. It's sort of a lite Oregon Trail with events where you have to make decisions - often tough ones, with no straightforward morality involved. Battles aren't as frequent as expected, which might be a plus. Consequences aren't really clear, which makes it really interesting narratively. I think there are substantial branching paths, but I can't be certain. It's very nice looking, too. I can understand hesitating on it if you didn't preorder/kickstart, though!
