New player experience is probably the worst i've ever played ngl

Handful of consistent issues

High end raiding is toxic and unrewarding gear earned from this will be basically useless because you will have finished the tier and there's zero content to really work towards after that, besides doing older content will lock your gear level anyways, and the raid is meant to be cleared with the crafted gear in mind, so the gear from the tier isnt even needed

half the community is full of erotic role players, and it's a huge selling point for lots of players

increasing your bank space means you have to increase the price of your subscription despite them adding ♥♥♥♥ tons of new items every expansion

current expansion is boring, poorly written, and just an overall mess, but if you speak up about it in game your somehow transphobic

Housing is impossible to get into as a casual player

the game has been so dumbed down over the years that some classes just feel like your just pressing 1,2,3 constantly

With plenty more such as consistent, large content droughts

Campaign is good but then the game just falls off a cliff

Monster Design is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ compared to the base game fights are boring and annoying and just downright not fun, If you enjoyed the previous monster hunter games then Iceborne is basically a completely different game and I would recommend just replaying an older Monster Hunter.

Monster Hunter World Iceborne: Mediocre 5/10

Iceborne's monster design is just boring, annoying, lazy, there's a couple good ones but almost all new bosses jump around every two seconds turning each fight into a marathon race of trying to catch up with the monster. If they aren't spamming jumps then they're most likely flying around spamming ranged attacks, and well if it's neither of those then you're probably getting stun locked. Overall would say just play base game.

Edit: Finally got to endgame bosses like Alatreon and Fatalis, the design of those fights made me quit indefinitely.

Great fun and all until you're basically forced to make stash micro transactions, and honestly nearly every gem or skill in the game feels just about the same with just tiny nuances in between them. All of the builds are also pretty much the exact same thing with either one being a bosser or a mapper. Highly recommend just waiting for POE2 or getting into LE once more content comes out.

Game wont even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ launch after 3 hours of trying to fix, save your money game legit doesn't work

Game crashes every 30-45mins because the 2k client is actual garbage. Great game but nearly unplayable with the launcher being as ass as it is and they show no signs of removing it or acknowledging it.
Edit: Just got a 1440p monitor that causes this game to bug out and be unplayable simply because of UI scaling with a resolution never purchasing any civ game again
