Wow, never thought remaster would result in worse. Crash, crash, crash, crash, crash, oh look I am playing, crash, crash, crash, crash, character made, oh the water looks nice, *opens inventory*, crash, crash, crash, crash, crash, server no longer appears in list, *friends huddle and look for new server*, joins new server, bob crashes, Ted crashes, Dale gets in, Fred gets in, I get in, nice.. this server has good settings, lets stick with this one, crash, crash, crash, ok I think i am done crashing, *opens inventory of smithy*, crash, crash, crash, Ted crashes, crash, crash, Pam crashes, Paul crashes, *everyone gives up, blames server*. *group huddle* Ted says he is going to ask for refund, and logs out. Group decides to try a more serious 5x server. Everyone joins, looks like it runs good, no one else on server says they are crashing. equips spear, crashes, crash, crash, crashh, Paul crashes, Ted sends a text about his refund, Mary crashes, Pam crashes, I crash again, Dale says lets just play on 1000x times server until the game works.. everyone agrees and joins a 1000x server, as we join, global server announcement, Admin says "taking server down, too many problems" Group huddle, Mary and Pam say they are over it, asking for refund, mad they were sold a terrible bill of goods. Group finds a 50x server. everyone joins. I start building, setup a chest to put stuff in, open inventory on chest, while clicking on something I crash. Paul crashes, Mike crashes, Dale says no problems, then Dale crashes. Dale cant get back in, server is full. I crash again, I cant get back in. Now its just Mike in. Mike says he is over it, disconnects.

i was playing with my kid, i got some kind of message on my screen at the end of a match, i didnt bother to read. when i went to requeu and play again it said someone in your fireteam is banned from halo infinite. my kid logged, it was just me, tried to play again and it says im banned. Ive only played the game maybe 3-4 times (sessions) since I installed it. whatever, waste of money/time.

2. Theme of game changed, all of a sudden its about fantasy stuff not dino survival. Now its about rock elementals, dragons, bunch of complete nonsense
   
3. The actual new pets are crap and the scenery/landscape isn't put together well
   
4. music is lame
   
5. textures and ground layer still suck and there are still fall through points, body spiral through ground when you die problems, logout with dinos on certain textures and the map eats them
   
6. the sand dunes and outer edge of map are poorly finished
   
7. the "dungeon" leaves a lot to be desired, they really need to step this up
   
8. the game still feels poorly optimized, which might be more about Ark evolved, and not the expac, but if maybe they prioritized polishing the game instead of making some quick money
   
9. We have a tribe of 15, we generally play unofficial, after 1 day, everyone basically wasnt interested in playing anymore
   
10. Everyone in our tribe is contemplating trying to get their money back, paying a 2nd time for unfinished content is bull chit
    
11. the fact that the engrams arent even disabled for pets that arent on this map...
    
12. imbalance in mantis, wyvern, rock elemental

Cons:
1.) Large disconnect between devs and consumers, poorly implemented changes resulting therein
2.) Video issues, still lacking optimization
3.) Crash, freeze, lag - ongoing year of product failing to perform well
4.) Servers - Official are littered with hackers, reminiscent of Modern Warfare 3 (ESP/aimbot). ESP is heavily used, to the point of embarassing. Unofficial have their own quirks, wont blame devs for that, outside of massive stability issues and horrid lag on any server with over 50 people.
5.) Game mechanics, unbalanced to the max. Whether you are looking for realism, or what makes great game play, poor balancing throughout.
6.) Community: official is just a free for all, society offering an unmoderated ♥♥♥♥ storm of hackers and people behaving poorly when left to their own devices.
