I have not finished the game yet but I can already tell it is pretty short. The game also takes a lot of inspiration from of these modern mascot horror games with scripted chase sequences and gaps of safety. However, the game is definitely different from a lot of these other games since it does feel like part of the FNAF franchise while not including really any major characters from the previous games (besides Dispatch and the Mimic). I have really been enjoying it so far and it looks like there are going to be a lot of secrets to uncover in this game.

This game is gorgeous. That said, it is a pretty steep price point for maybe a 2 hour story. But I just cannot get over the visuals, it is perhaps one of my favorite games visually. Also, the dialogue and storytelling is phenomenal. For such a short story, I was super invested in the characters and the tone shifts throughout. Simultaneously, I am so upset the game isn't longer. This game feels so polished and amazing but it just lacks content and replayability. But if you love a good story game then this is a must have, especially if it is on sale.

As a long term Arkham series fan, this game satisfied me. It did not impress me as some of the other games did but it gave me something to work with. The best part of this game is the gameplay and traversal. The guns feel surprisingly good and the traversal flows together very well. However, I definitely still have issues with the story, specifically Batman (SURPRISE!!!). It feels like a lot of his development from the previous entries is thrown out. Like this Batman would never have gotten on an alien ship without knowing whether or not they are friendly. Anyway, I also have an issue with the boss fights, because as the main points of the game, they feel like they have little to no impact. Like it really was fight JL member, wait for them to get low on health, shoot them when they are weak, watch them fall over, characters make funny joke, and scene. Very rinse and repeat and it just wasn't satisfying. But all-in-all, I think this game is worthwhile as the loadout customization, gameplay, traversal, and map are really good. It just lacks in some places and because of that I give this game a solid 7/10. Definitely wait for a sale.

Game is game.

For anyone interested in this game, I believe it is a must buy, especially if you are a big fan of the Resident Evil games. The game is not particularly scary other than a few cheap jumpscares. However, the story is great, the puzzles are fairly simple but still require a functioning brain, the voice acting is phenomenal but gets a little annoying at parts, the enemies aren't too strong but in the higher difficulties can become more troublesome to deal with, the music is absolutely amazing (genuinely is one of my part of this game), and the secrets/cheats add a fun bit of spice to the game. I thoroughly enjoyed my first three playthroughs of the game and with my fourth run I will have obtained all of the achievements. I do really want to have this game expanded whether that be a sequel/prequel or DLC. But I digress, this game is really fun and is a really great time. I also highly recommend this game to people who want to try more horror type game but want to avoid overly scary titles like Outlast, FNAF, Resident Evil, etc.

Genuinely one of the spookiest and hilarious games. If you can get a group together for this game and you will have a blast. Be ready though, because first play through you will be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ faster than my grandpa in his extra-large adult diapers. But once you figure this game out it really turns into the goofy adventures that we all enjoy. Plus it is extremely cheap for an overall great experience.

10/10 would break my desk again

Let me start out by saying the obvious, this game is not as good as the first and I only recommend it if you are into the overall story aspects of Planet 4546B. However, the game is in no way bad. It just lacks something that the first game dominated, perspective. The depths are just not as deep as they once felt. In the first Subnautica, you seemed so tiny compared to everything else. In this game, everything is closer together and there is ice everywhere. Plus, the overall threat level is so much lower in this game. I want to see a dangerous leviathon every couple of minutes. I didn't see a threatening leviathon until I went on ice/land and saw an Ice Worm. I was nearly 6 hours into the game until I saw my first leviathon, even with that I never died to one in my first playthrough. Just play the first game, it is a lot better.

Pros:
- Strong character performances from all individuals.
- Genuinely nice looking game.
- Amazing song, yes the main theme is absolutely amazing.
- Semi spooky at times. But not overly scary.
- Just the right amount of comedy bits.
- Music Man = best character.
- Each ending has a comic book strip to accompany it which is pretty cool.
- YOU CAN MURDER ANIMATRONICS.
- Sun/Moon events.

Cons:
- Performance is very fifty-fifty. At some points it is phenomenal, however it can become very rough at certain points.
- Occasional glitches but not outrageous.
- Animatronics have a teleport spawning system which makes the whole experience feel annoying.
- Vanny/Vanessa is barely in the game but was teased as the main antagonist.
- Some may think this is a positive but the game is stupid easy. The animatronics are barely a threat and everything is so easy to find.
- You don't actually get to drive Go-Karts!!!

7/10: I have been a long time supporter and follower of the Five Nights at Freddy's series. This game was them trying something new and I personally think they did pretty well. The graphics are phenomenal no matter what your settings are however this comes to be a big issue for the game. Because there is so much happening at once, there are plenty of performance spikes, frame drops, occasional freezes, etc. And this does take away from the overall experience. But the biggest issue with this game comes from the difficulty, it is just too easy. In Sister Location, my personal favorite game, there were several parts in which it took me several hours to complete. There is only one or two events, so far, that have taken me over 30 minutes. I still recommend the game as they only marketed it for $40 which is pricey but if you play through for the lore bits and to 100% the game, I totally recommend it. But be careful, this game struggled at times on my 17-9700k and 2060 Super so you really need to bring out the 30 series to run this game at max graphics.
