FXAA Anti-Aliasing : Enabled <-- inputlag ! I recommend you disable it.
-high i would delete too / every programm you start will be 1. priority for your PC already. And this parameter does not improve anything; in the worst case it ♥♥♥♥♥ your PC up cause there are now 2 commands who telling your Rig to give 1. priority.
