I've always been obsessed with that perfect male physique or the Greek statuesque physique. The broad shoulders, small waist, big arms, wide back, chiseled abs, and strong legs. Arnie is obviously the GOAT of body building but I'm shooting for the Jeff Seid physique. Jeff and I have similar measurements in terms of shoulder and waist span. So it's possible, I just have to put in the work...And I intend to. People are going to be forced to turn and look when I pass by. Women are going to dream about me when they see my physique. Other men are going to either be jealous of my physique, or take inspiration from it and do it for themselves.
