Dread Delusion is a very good game with some issues.

The world building is great, the setting is unique and the questlines not being build around questmarkers is a great choice. While alot of the quests are very interesting, there are issues with the payoff. A lot of quests will let the player make big choices that are said to impact the world, execpt that I never actually saw any of the choices have any impact. For example, I chose to uncover the secrets of the academy, which is said to major consequences, but nothing changed. This makes the choices feel flat. The game can also be a bit janky at some points, but I experienced nothing that couldn't be fixed by reloading the game.

Overall very worth while, for anyone who likes Morrowind
